Is it a medical device?

No. AI DiagMe is classified as not a medical device by the ANSM, the French medicines agency: an information and education tool that never makes a diagnosis.

We do not have a lab: can we offer the service?

Yes. The report starts from the lab report, whichever laboratory carried out the tests: an online or pharmacy blood testing service, a healthcare facility, an insurer or a health platform can offer it.

How much integration effort does it take?

It ranges from no development at all (a link or a QR code) to an API integration in your software. We start with the simplest mode for you.

Where is the data hosted?

In the European Union, on HDS-certified servers (certified for health data). A deployment on a SecNumCloud-qualified cloud is possible as an option, with OVH and Outscale, and we can also deploy on a cloud located in your own country if your regulations or your policy require it: we are very flexible on this point. Data is pseudonymized before any processing by the AI, in line with the GDPR.

What data is exchanged with the partner?

It is defined in the partnership agreement, according to the chosen integration mode, in compliance with the GDPR and medical confidentiality.

Does it replace the laboratory professional or the doctor?

Never. Explaining results remains the role of the laboratory team and the doctor. AI DiagMe complements them as a self-service tool, without ever replacing them: talking to the lab or the doctor always remains available, and diagnosis remains a matter for doctors.

How is the business model built?

It is flexible and built with you, according to your organization and your volumes: a service offered by your organization, optional for the patient, or both depending on the journey. We discuss it in the first conversation.

Is the report available in several languages?

Yes, in more than 40 languages, for patients or members of every background.
