Is it a medical device?
No. AI DiagMe is classified as a “non-medical-device” by the ANSM. It’s an information and education tool that makes results easy to understand, without making a diagnosis.
Where is the data hosted?
In France, on HDS-certified servers, with a SecNumCloud 3.2 roadmap. Data is pseudonymized before any processing, in line with GDPR.
How much integration work for us?
Minimal. The service is available through our platform or a light integration with your portal. No heavy IT project is required on your side.
Does it replace the lab biologist or the doctor?
Never. The report prepares and supports the medical conversation. Medical interpretation and diagnosis remain the work of your lab biologists and the treating physicians.
How is the business model structured?
It’s flexible and defined with you, based on your organization and volumes. Several models are possible — we discuss them during scoping.
Is the report available in multiple languages?
Yes. 11 languages are available today, with about two new languages added each month — useful for a diverse patient base.
