How do I sign in to my patient portal?

With the email address you used to register, on a computer or a phone, from the “Sign in” link on this page or in the site menu.

Is the patient portal free?

Yes, creating your account and storing your health documents are free. The full interpretation report of your blood test is paid.

Which documents can I add?

The PDF from your lab, or up to 15 photos, even if it is password-protected, as well as your prescriptions and your other health documents.

Can I add my past blood tests?

Yes. Each test you add enriches the Trends page, which tracks your markers from one blood test to the next.

How long should I keep my blood test results?

It is best to keep them indefinitely: comparing a result with earlier ones helps your doctor spot a change. In the patient portal, your reports remain available as long as your account exists, and you can delete them at any time.

What is the difference with the NHS App?

The NHS App is the NHS's own digital service, where you can view your GP health record, test results and prescriptions. The AI DiagMe patient portal is an independent, complementary service: it explains your blood tests, tracks how they change and helps you prepare for your appointment.

Can my doctor see my report?

Only if you send it to them, with the “Send to your doctor” button.

Does the patient portal replace my doctor?

No. It helps you understand your results and prepare for your appointment. Only a doctor can make a diagnosis.
